Distribution

Investment will be used to finalise stage 3 and undergo stage 4 and 5.

  4. For setup and legal

  5. For trading co

  6. Contingencies

Details on pricing distributions for all components will be provided to investors in due course.

Return on $10MIL Investment

 

Approx. $2,000 per 5Kw system x 12,000 systems (6MW solar farm)
= $24m.

Less $10m investment
= $14m profit

After tax
= $11.2m

Investors receive 40% (post tax)
= $4.4m return on $10m investment after 18 months
